Time commitment: Full-time (April 28 - May 29)

- Entry level position
- High level of English proficiency required
- Familiar with the IB Diploma Program
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Work collaboratively with the IB Coordinator and IB Office Assistant in order to manage the**

IB Exams held at the school
- Complete understanding of the IB Examination Procedures
- Support the IB Coordinator to insure all IB Exam proctors understand the guidelines
- Support the shipping of IB materials after each examination
