Veritas’ Worldwide Field Operations (WFO) propels company growth by driving all aspects of new business and channel sales and includes global sales operations and global sales enablement for all new business and renewal sales.
Position
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the setup, coordination, and implementation of sales training programs specifically around our rep’s skill development
- Assist in evaluating sales performance and coaching programs to identify gaps in training
- Build training programs spanning onboarding, continued education, soft-skills, sales methodologies, frontline manager coaching, foundational skills trainings and more
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Human Resources to support and understand training needs
- Deliver virtual and in-person instructor-led trainings to sales staff of varying levels of experience and tenure
- Present interactive instruction through training materials, job aids, and presentations in both live and virtual classroom environments
- Create mentoring programs to transfer knowledge and create environments where individuals learn from one another by sharing best practices
- Monitor global trainee attendance and participation; deploy surveys, use tests and/or quizzes to measure trainees’ comprehension of class material
- Independently and continuously evaluate training sessions to ensure the content is interesting and engaging, make recommendations as needed
- Assist in evaluating sales performance and coaching programs to measure success of programs
You will be successful in this role if you have
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales enablement, training, or similar role
- Leadership coaching and soft skill knowledge. Certification is a plus
- Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
- Ability to portray confidence while presenting to adult learners, utilizing effective facilitation skills
- Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude
- Dynamic presenter with strong presentation skills to engage and maintain interest
- Proactive with an action-oriented approach
- An ability to build trust, work collaboratively, and manage needs across diverse stakeholder groups
- An enthusiasm for learning and a strong desire to help sellers meet their goals through training, coaching, and education
