Job Description Summary

Lamb Weston is seeking a passionate Manager Foodservice/Key Accounts Sales responsible achieving optimum sales results on distribution, end-users accounts and Key Accounts within assigned territory. In meeting the goals and objectives, the manager will contribute to the development of strategy and will execute field/local strategic plans for all assigned distributors, end-users, and Key Accounts. In this role, the manager will be providing business insights and actionable plans for distributor/importer customers and Key Accounts. Also, in this role, the manager will be working to protect and grow distributor, end users and Key Accounts via product presentations and trainings. This position will also manage financial levers such as pricing. The role will work closely with a cross functional Lamb Weston sales team and National Account Managers team.

**Job Description**:

- Delivers sales goals using appropriate resources available, balancing volume and profit goals and managing a dynamic environment to achieve results
- Delivers ambitious, articulate, consultative, and fact-based selling proposals and presentations while leveraging key insights with poise and confidence
- Make sales presentations, product cuttings and trainings to key distributors, importers, end-users & Key Accounts
- Key interaction with marketing and consumer knowledge departments to help develop selling presentation
- Regularly meets with senior management in assigned territory/accounts as well as key franchisees of the customer to develop collaborative business plans measured by joint scorecard metrics, using Strategic Impact Selling tools
- Connection with National Account Managers team in USA to align and execute global & pricing strategies with Global Accounts
- Organize and participate in food shows and other customer events
- Assists in development of business plans to drive profitable value and added growth while building strong relationships with customers/partners
- Manages P&L for assigned portfolio. Manages financial levers (e.g., contracting, pricing, A&P spend, etc.) to deliver AOP
- Coordinates with third party customer distributor to ensure achievement of assigned goals
- Coordinate local distribution efforts with regional or local foodservice sales manager where chain activity occurs
- Develops joint scorecards with key business partners to measure plan success
- Own key local relationships with management of distributors, end-users/operators/local & global accounts franchisees
- Plans short
- and long-term customer assessments of account activities and opportunities
- Manages a record and documentation of customer and sales activity in the Sales System assigned by the Business Unit
- Ensures the success of new products through targeted sales strategies and product launches
- Understands product portfolio tactics and how they are used to achieve company objectives
- Other duties as assigned

Basic & Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business sales similar field preferred
- Experience: +7 years of sales experience
- Technical Skills: Ability to use a variety of computer technologies and tools including, Microsoft Suite, DOMO, Pro’s and Salesforce.
- General Skills: Strong business management skills, including financial management skills and a strategic mindset.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal skills and ability to negotiate. Other language skills where applicable a plus
- Travel: May have to travel up to 50% of the time.
