CBRE is the number one company in Chile and in the world in Real Estate Services and Consulting and we are requesting a Corporate Coordinator Facilities Coordinator to support the corporate team and general services team, this is a great opportunity to make a difference and learn from the best team at Real Estate.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- +3 years of experience in administration, office management, customer service, assistance in general.
- Studies in administration, executive Secretary, public relations or related.
- Languages: Advanced English (must receive foreign people and English documents).
- Management of Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of corporate office operation.
- Supplier management for events, meetings and communications.
- Coordination of events inside and outside the site: Team Building, team meetings, others.
- Coordination of meetings, events, logistics and general assistance.
- Support different areas of central offices.
- Contact suppliers request for quotes and catering for events.
- Other could be added
