Position Overview:
In this role you will (Key Responsibilities):
Influencing Digital Sales and Pipeline through:

- Supporting the territory sales team with on-going education, content and enablement
- Subject Matter Expertise in Product capabilities and value proposition and the Buying Personas at the account and deal level
- Support Field and Partner Enablement content
- Identifying & supporting scalable sales plays
- Partnering with the sales account lead throughout key, strategic, sales cycles to help move opportunities forward
- Consulting with Product Management & Marketing on:

- Field enablement content
- Offer frameworks
- Identifying & Developing joint sales motions
- New Value Propositions

You have (Required Qualifications):
1. 2-5+ years overall experience in enterprise B2B technology sales environments, including a track record of progressive development including expertise in specialized product selling

3. Expertise of present and emerging technologies and standards in the business practices and processes related to the solution.

4. Excellent interpersonal, networking and presentation skills, with a proven ability to effectively listen and communicate in both written and verbal formats across all levels of organization management.

5. Demonstrated ability to establish trust and credibility by effectively listening to and communicating with Account Executives, sales management, partners, and customers.

6. Knowledge of the Genesys Cloud platform and Bold360 is especially valued
