Mytilineos, a multinational leader in the development, construction and operation of renewable energy projects globally, is looking for a Portfolio Assest Manager for its operations in Chile.

The Portfolio Asset Manager is responsible for managing a number of solar and storage assets / SPVs, mainly located in Chile, by ensuring best practice for safety, quality and environmental performance, whilst enhancing the overall returns and value of each project and ensuring compliance with all of the applicable contractual agreements and regulations.

The Portfolio Asset Manager will be the main contact for all asset management activities carried out on the project and be responsible for the day to day management of each asset; this will involve working with a wide range of diverse cultures and business environments to provide a solid asset management function across the Mytilineos RSD portfolio. In addition, the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.

The role is full time and based in Santiago de Chile but will require regular national and international travel.

The position is based in Santiago de Chile and if you are not a Chilean citizen you must have a valid work permit in Chile.

**Requirements**:
Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.

Contract management, compliance, optimization, reporting, MS Excel, commercial operations, management of CEN’s requirements, SIGE.

5 years or plus in AM experience on local solar assets.

Office based, with frequent travels to site (PPE required).
- Educated to degree level in a numerate discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy asset management.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of complex data and distill into high quality management reporting
- Contract management
- Budget management
- Strong IT skills in particular MS Excel
- Experience of working in a multinational environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with a broad range of stakeholders in multiple countries and at all levels.
- Experience with remote monitoring systems on plant and equipment (preferably solar)
- Interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings, work instructions and design reviews
- Good working knowledge of project finance (e.g. asset reporting requirements, covenants, ratio tests) and financial reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to drive cars in Chile.
