Overview You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of solar PV and BESS assets, ensuring strong technical, operational, and financial performance throughout the asset lifecycle. This includes overseeing O&M performance, availability, PR, CAPEX/OPEX control, technical audits, commissioning activities, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. The role has a strong improvement and value-creation focus; you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement, contributing to more sustainable workloads, better decision-making, and long-term asset value. You will support cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and external partners. Responsibilities End-to-end management of a portfolio of solar PV and BESS assets, ensuring strong technical, operational, and financial performance throughout the asset lifecycle. Oversee O&M performance, availability, PR, CAPEX/OPEX control, technical audits, commissioning activities, and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and continuous improvement in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to enhance asset value and performance. Qualifications Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or similar Engineering discipline; renewable energy focus preferred Proven experience managing solar PV assets; BESS exposure is a strong plus Solid understanding of asset lifecycle, O&M, commissioning, technical audits, and performance optimization Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple stakeholders, and operate in complex environments Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cultures and functions Tech fluency: comfortable using digital tools and data for asset management (e.g. dashboards, reporting tools, Excel/Power BI, CMMS, performance monitoring platforms) We use English as our business language, please submit your CV in English.
