About Us: We are the world’s largest urban axe throwing company that offers fun experiences to large groups. We are seeking an upbeat, organized and detail oriented HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our Corporate team Located in Burlington, our office is comfortable, positive, and collaborative. This role reports to the Human Resources Manager. As Recruitment Coordinator, a typical day might include the following: - Plan and coordinate training for new hires - Track status of trainees and follow-up when necessary - Maintain personnel records electronically - Provide general clerical and administrative support, compose and deliver correspondence related to HR programs and activities - Handle a diverse workload in a busy environment, while able to meet multiple and simultaneous deadlines, and perform equally well as part of a team and individually This job might be for you if you are: - Someone with a post-secondary level education, diploma/degree in Human Resources or similar; - Computer literate at the intermediate to advanced level, with proficiency in the following softwares: Google Docs, Google - Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Drive etc. - Very familiar with the North American culture - Completely fluent in English; accent neutral - Working toward HR designation an asset - An individual with initiative and ability to demonstrate a flexible approach in responding to needs as they arise; - Able to exercise discretion and tact with sensitive and confidential information; - Able to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail; - A team player and "people person" with exceptional customer service orientation as well as the ability to work independently, as required; - Someone with superior organizational skills - An individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
