Uride is growing and we'd love for you to come along for the ride We are currently looking for a Part-time IT Coordinator to join our team.

**Job Details**

This is a part-time fully remote position open to anyone based in Canada or Latin America, with a salary range of 20-30K CAD per year for 20 hours per week.

**Overview**

Working closely with our VP of Technology, we are looking for a meticulous and organized IT Coordinator to manage company-wide user access and ensure compliance. This position involves handling access requests, maintaining accurate access records, and supporting compliance activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a strong grasp of IT systems and a dedication to upholding security and compliance standards to join a fully remote international tech team.

**What you will be doing**
- Manage all user access at the company, setting up new accounts and deactivating accounts
- Regularly update and maintain access control lists based on user access levels
- Report security incidents and resolve IAM issues related to IAM technology and tools (SSO solutions)
- Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures related to access and data protection
- Participate in routine audits to verify compliance with both internal policies and external regulations (GDPR, ISO)
- Document processes for compliance audits and evaluations and
- Stay up-to-date on compliance standards and help update company policies accordingly
- Respond to Jira tickets and provide assistance to employees for account access related issues
- Communicate any changes in access protocols or policies to the appropriate stakeholders
- Work with the IT team to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for all employees
- Wear multiple hats and support the technology team as needed

**What we’re looking for**
- Be pursuing or already holding a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or have relevant related work experience
- 2+ years experience in IT systems, access management, compliance, data protection, or IT security
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Proficiency in using IT tools and systems related to access management
- Basic knowledge of compliance frameworks and relevant regulations is beneficial
- Reliable with a hard work ethic
- Kindness, a high EQ, and adeptness at listening, communicating with, and collaborating with other team members
- High adaptability and a strong desire for continuous learning and growth

**Work Availability**
- 20 hours per week, available to participate in daily standup and be available for daily account setup/removal
- Be able to overlap with EST hours
- Flexibility to adjust hours based on project requirements
