**Job Description**:
Rockwell Automation Peru is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Logistics Specialist will play a critical role in managing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the smooth flow of goods and materials in and out of the company. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for Souther Cone region: Argentina, Chile, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay & Paraguay. Aline with partners all relative to compliance & logistics goals, processes, commitments, and reports. Keep Performance MBR with Brokers Identify process gaps and improves them. Complete all compliance-required reports. Works on Logistics Productive projects Do Monitoring controls checks for in-transit shipments using the assigned department-specific tool, and work with the core team to ensure good shipment traceability. Maintain the Track & Trace reports updated.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or according disciple.
- Experience in Multinationals.
- 5 years of proven experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Experience in Import, export, and customs, specifically in Argentina.
- Familiarity with local and international logistics regulations and requirements.
- Proficient in using logistics software and systems for tracking, reporting, and managing shipments.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Knowledge in Lean Sig Sigman. Power BI.
