**Job Description**:
This Logistics Analyst, as part of the Logistics Organization, is intended to perform activities related to supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. Evaluates internal and external customer support to ensure their requirements are met. Serves as liaison between sales and operations teams to develop concepts and coordinate product knowledge; provides data analysis and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. This analyst will be focused on developing and implementing logistics plans, budgets, controlling expenses and follow up productivity projects.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Establishes a trusted relationship with suppliers and customers (external/internal), understands customer needs and organization model.
- Create a strong teamwork environment by controlling Logistics operation expenses to gain accuracy and accountability.
- Communicates assertively with all stakeholders in logistics operation to get expected results and to improve process that support the service.
- This role will be accountable for controlling expenses in inbound and outbound operation in the whole region. And all related transactions (budgets, forecasts, accruals, reconciliations, etc.)
- Work close to external vendors to negotiate and control rates and invoices.
- Engage the appropriate departments and coordinate the accurate and timely invoice posting.
- Control weekly, monthly, and quarterly expenses forecast.
- Contributes actively with the permanent alignment from strategy to execution driving performance KPI's to monitor and control potential corrective actions.
- Maintains and presents Expenses reports to her manager and prepare BU business management update with stablished cadence.
- Works in a collaborative way with the whole organization to fiscal year goals.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated experience in controlling expenses and budgets.
- English language (Intermediate - speak and write).
- Experience working with different levels within an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to interact daily with peers and vendors.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Desired: Advanced excel, Power BI.
