Role Purpose
Support the end-to-end logistics chain for vehicles, ensuring on-time delivery, cost optimization, inventory accuracy, and smooth coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, dealers, and internal teams. The role aims to secure efficient operations from import planning to final delivery, maintaining strong control, traceability, and service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the 3PL the allocation of orders from the dealer network arrange the preparation and distribution nationwide of vehicles.
- Manage logistics documentation: invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, BL/AWB, and others.
- Track shipments with freight forwarders, customs agents, and bonded warehouses, ensuring compliance with timelines and regulations.
- Control in-transit and warehouse inventories, investigating discrepancies or losses.
- Prepare logistics reports on transit times, shipping costs, and performance indicators (OTD, lead time, demurrage, etc.).
- Coordinate deliveries with dealers, carriers, and distribution centers.
- Analyze and propose improvements to transportation and warehousing processes.
- Handle claims related to transportation damages or losses.
- Maintain constant communication with purchasing, finance, and after-sales departments to ensure operational alignment.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the automotive or large-scale import industry.
- Proven experience dealing with freight forwarders, customs agents, and bonded warehouses.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of import processes and local customs regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar).
- Intermediate to advanced English (required for HQ communication).
- Familiarity with logistics KPIs such as lead time, OTD, and fill rate.
