**Responsibilities**:

- Talent Acquisition_
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to identify and recruit top talent for the series.
- Source and recruit actors, musicians, dancers, and other creative professionals to fill key roles in the series.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for future projects.
- Interviewing and Selection_
- Coordinate and conduct auditions and callbacks as necessary.
- Manage the selection process and make recommendations to the production team.
- Negotiation and Contracts_
- Negotiate talent contracts and agreements on behalf of the production team.
- Ensure that all contractual obligations are met by both parties.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key talent and their representatives.
- Project Management_
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that all talent requirements are met for the series.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources related to talent acquisition.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Soft Skills:_
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Technical Skills:_
- Strong proficiency in talent acquisition tools and software.
- Experience with creative and entertainment recruitment for TV, Film, or Music projects.
- Familiarity with regulations and legal requirements in the relevant industry.
- Mentality:_
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for creative and entertainment recruitment and eagerness to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative recruitment
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
