HELLO, GUYS

Webxloo team is looking for Recruiter/HR Specialist

We are an international product IT company and we’re looking for a confident and incredible person for joining us. Your main task will be to find talented developers, as well as take part in different recruiting and HR activities.

Our creative and relaxed atmosphere, challenging and interesting tasks won’t let you get bored.

**Super Skills, that you need**:
- English level — Upper Intermediate
- experience in HR/Recruiting field at least 6 months
- ability to analyze information
- experience with Microsoft Excel
- excellent follow-up and follow-through skills with the ability to take the initiative
- good time-management skills
- punctuality, responsibility, result-oriented, communication skills, ingenuity
- ability to work independently with min supervision, self-education
- positive thinking, problems solving
- energy and creativity, everybody needs them ;)

**Bonus Skills**:
- good understanding of IT sphere
- experience in IT recruitment/HR
- experience with various recruiting sources and tools
- strong research skills

**With such a wonderful skill-set you will**:
- work closely with the recruitment team
- make required researches
- other administrative duties as required by the position
- communicate with all our departments, managers; solve issues
- take part in various HR activities (on-boarding, adaptation, team-buildings organization, HR branding etc.)
- take part in holidays, team-buildings and corporate parties planning and organization. Do everything that brings fun to our lives :)
