**The opportunity**

99ads is currently looking for a **Creative Strategist** (our internal name for the role is Creative Project Manager) with online advertising experience. We are looking for someone who has experience designing ads, understands advertising principles and is able to come up with innovative new angles and strategies. You will coordinate a creative team (including a Graphic Designer, Video Editor and Copywriter), manage client expectations and communication. In a nutshell, you will be in charge of understanding the client's needs, coming up with brand-new angles and designing high-performing ads along with your team so that clients achieve maximum ROI.

**Requirements**:
Fluent English (C1 - written and verbal)

2+ years experience as a Creative Strategist in Online Advertising (preferable TikTok, Meta)

Can also have experience as a media buyer, copywriter, or Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads designer

2+ years experience coordinating a team (preferably a creative team)

2+ years of B2B communication experience

**Additional Requirements**
- Rational Thinking
- Excellent time management
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- You are a fast learner, exceptionally organized, detail orientated and have excellent interpersonal skills.

**Commitment Required**
- Office Hours: Monday to Friday from 3pm to 6pm CET
- Part-time: 30 hours available per week (the goal is to bring it to full time of 40 hours per week after the assessment period)
