Estamos buscando un/a Health & Benefits Analyst cuya misión es ser el principal responsable de administrar los servicios de bienestar social, seguros complementarios, y seguros de vida, además de implementar herramientas de automatización para la ejecución de los procesos del área, y acompañar desde el rol todas las activaciones relacionadas a beneficios durante el año, para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Recursos Humanos.

Estos son los desafíos que te esperan:
- Procesar y pagar los reembolsos médicos del servicio de bienestar social, y llevar el control de las cuentas contables de los fondos.- Liderar la mejora continua de los procesos, proponiendo herramientas para hacerlos más agiles y sencillos, trabajando en la propuesta de automatizaciones.- Trabajar directamente con el área de nómina para informar novedades de manera mensual.- Activar y coordinar beneficios durante el año asegurando la experiência del colaborador.- Seguimiento de activación y pago de proveedores.- Liderar el recupero de licencias médicas activadas por beneficios.

¿Qué necesitamos de ti para ser parte de esta experiência?- Estudios: Ingeniería Comercial, Psicología, Recursos Humanos, entre otras.- Experiência: 0-2 años de experiência en roles de HR.- Herramientas: excel intermedio/avanzado, y conocimiento en Power Apps.- Trabajo en equipo, conocimiento en procesos de HR, orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos, mentalidad ágil.
