Job Overview As a Senior Data Analyst & Data Architect, you will play a dual role in leading high-level machine learning initiatives while architecting scalable, secure, and efficient data ecosystems. This position requires strong U.S.-based enterprise experience and understanding of building data systems that support global operations. You will contribute directly to supporting the mental health journey of one million women with purpose‑driven innovation and transformative care. Job Details Job Title: Senior Data Analyst / Data Architect Department: Product Reports to: Data Scientist Base pay range: $1,500.00/yr – $2,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Architect end‑to‑end data platforms, integrating structured and unstructured data across multiple sources and environments. Lead development and deployment of machine learning models that directly impact business outcomes (predictive analytics, personalization, risk scoring, NLP, etc.). Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutions. Establish data governance, security, and compliance best practices. Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval using technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar. Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, real‑time data streams, and ML pipelines. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and data architecture. Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one other language (e.g., R, Scala, or Java). Strong hands‑on experience with data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect). Proven experience in deploying ML models in production environments (MLOps, Docker, CI/CD pipelines). Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Ph.D. or MS preferred). Familiarity with U.S. regulatory frameworks (HIPAA) and industry standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Experience with data products in healthcare, finance, or consumer applications. U.S. work experience or training from a U.S. institution. Familiarity with LATAM market data infrastructure challenges and compliance landscape. Experience leading data teams in a high‑growth, remote‑first environment. Why Luna Joy?
