**Role Overview**

We are a U.S.based boutique IT + BPO services firm expanding in Chile. We are seeking a bilingual **People & Business Operations Associate** to support our Head of People & Operations, assist executive leadership with sales outreach, and manage administrative and local logistics.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent bilingual communication, and the ability to thrive in a multi-hat, global environment.

**Responsibilities**

**People & Operations**
- Help with running onboarding and offboarding processes; maintain SOPs and checklists.
- Coordinate with local vendors (coworking, courier, payroll partners).
- Keep task boards and process trackers accurate.

**Sales Outreach**
- Under direction of the CEO, help build and research prospect lists.
- Qualify and schedule meetings for leadership.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure accuracy.

**Executive & Local Support**
- Provide calendar, travel, follow-up, and documentation support.
- Handle local errands in Santiago (notary, shipping, office setup).
- Take on ad-hoc projects and research assignments.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree (required)** in Business, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
- **English C1/C2** and **Spanish - fluent**; strong writing and verbal presence.
- 1-4 years of relevant professional experience (consulting, research, training, operations, or market insights).
- Exposure to U.S. or European companies/clients.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
- Self-starter with high energy and strong organizational skills.
- Availability to overlap with Pacific Time business hours.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience with Asana/ClickUp/Jira or similar task/project management tools.
- Outbound messaging/copywriting experience.
- Familiarity with coordinating international contractors/vendors.

**Compensation & Structure**
- **Base**: USD **$1,100-$1,650/month** (depending on experience).
- Contractor role, full-time.
- Standard 60-90 day trial period for performance evaluation.
