**Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Chile**

**Primary Objective**

Join our dynamic team as a Regional Sales Manager based in Chile As a key player in our growing Americas business, you will be responsible for overseeing the Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, and emerging specialty portfolios in your region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute ⁠a strategic sales plan for the region to meet the company’s near and longer-term objectives.
- Manage and nurture relationships with regional distributors. Set, achieve and grow sales targets through distributors.
- ⁠Expand market presence in Chile and potentially across the region.
- Drive growth to meet and exceed targets set by company leadership.
- ⁠Provide exceptional support to distributors for optimal sales performance.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in English & Spanish.
- Strong clinical and technical aptitude, with a general understanding and comfort in the healthcare environment.
- ⁠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to strategize and execute sales plans effectively.
- Ability to overcome obstacles and resolve conflicts
- Ability to influence distributors and other partners.
- Being proactive with all communication and follow-up
- Confident, goal oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Achievement and competitive drive, high integrity, and relationship building skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively: 50% travel required.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Preference given to those with GI/Endoscopy experience.
- Experience managing others is preferred.

**Compensation**
- Paid as an independent contractor
