**Team Description**

We're a diverse group working together to devise innovative strategies to grow SumUp's customer base and keep existing merchants excited about our products. If you're excited about empowering small business owners around the world, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for the coordinator for our newest team : New Business and Products, we are planning to grow our merchant base we need to build and grow the engagement for this new type of merchants from scratch, to increase not only the sales but the lifetime cycle.

**What you'll do**
- You will design the engagement strategy
- You will manage the team of account manager.
- You will work with different stakeholders within Sumup to design and implement new business processes that will have impact on our Merchants and their experience
- You'll work with distributed teams in Brazil and Europe to learn from their experiences and have their support iterating on different ideas.
- You will foster a collaborative culture between areas and within the team.

**You'll be great for this position if**
- You have at least 6+ years of experience in engagement or support
- You're a doer, and or not afraid of beginning a project from scratch.
- You have a **structured approach to ambiguity** - dealing with uncertainties is exciting for you and you can easily structure the unstructured.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You have fluent English skills.
- You have worked in or for fintechs or startups.
