On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are looking for talents for Senior Field Force Coordinator for the office in Santiago, Chile (on-site job). Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the Field Force management strategy for Chile . Manage the day-to-day operations of the Field Force team in collaboration with external agencies. Build and support the retail field team , including interviewing and onboarding new talent. Lead performance management , including KPI tracking, appraisals, and development plans. Drive team motivation and engagement while ensuring high standards of quality, customer service, health, and safety . Support and coordinate projects related to field operations. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and influencing abilities. Strong planning, prioritization, and delegation skills. Solid project management capabilities. Strong customer-focused approach. Fluent in Spanish and English . Education / Academic Background Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing teams.
