**What are we looking for?**
GHD has a new job opportunity, we are looking for a **Marketing Coordinator **, who will assist in the delivery of the internal communications plan that supports our Americas business strategy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide program management support to Communications Advisor, Americas
- Support delivery of internal communication campaigns and programs across Canada, USA and Chile
- Coordinate, develop and proofread content in English for variety of channels (internal intranet, newsletters, collateral, video)
- Support internal event development and execution
- Track and monitor data to help analyze the success of our campaigns and programs
- Collaborate across Americas and Centers of Excellence to deliver programs

**Qualification**:

- **Required proficiency in English language (written and verbal)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar field of study
- 6-10 years of internal communications experience
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - an open communication style
- Works effectively with numerous stakeholders and builds good working relationships
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with ability to schedule and manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Comes forward with solutions to challenges/issues
- Demonstrable experience in data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office and marketing software such as Salesforce
