Service Operations Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by driving efficient support services. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion business line in Santiago, Chile. Main stakeholders are project managers, field service engineers, service managers. You will be mainly accountable for: - Providing services in various administrative areas to relevant businesses to meet current needs, identifying performance gaps, and addressing emerging requirements. - Overseeing the delivery of services by external providers in line with Service Level Agreements and reporting any shortcomings and areas of improvement. - Developing training materials, FAQs, and other resources for training specific to location/business-specific administrative needs and provides effective support. - Performing tasks with a focus on high quality to ensure customer satisfaction. **Qualifications for the role**:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in roles involving client interaction and project documentation.
- You are highly skilled in effective communication and proactive problem-solving
- Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with a proven track record in relevant project management and customer-focused roles.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in managing customer relations and project documentation.
- You are highly skilled in working with Excel and SAP.
- You are at ease communicating in English at an intermediate to advanced level.
