**Job role**:
The Live Chat Support Specialist provides support to our customers via Live Chat facility (Intercom) located on our website, in English and Spanish language. Works in a team that provides support for basic customer issues such as solving usage problems and fulfilling service desk requests that need further IT involvement.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Providing end-user and admin, IceWarp server and desktop support
- Escalating IT issues within the team where necessary
- Providing support for identified Level 2 and Level 3 issues where configuration solutions have already been documented
- Providing ticket routing and escalations to Level 2
- Gathering and analysing information about the user’s issue and determining the best way to resolve their problem

**Relevant Experience and Qualifications**:

- Basic experience with Linux or Windows Server
- Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate confidently and clearly to customers
- English and Spanish on a communication level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $1,600 per month
