OBJECTIVE
The Role or functions defined for this position are the reception by each Sales, preparation and sending of quotes and follow-up to clients, together with this, the role of also involves internal formalizations through RO. Monitoring of quotes, creation and maintenance of customer databases, administration of visit schedules for vendors (sales).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation and sending of all the quotes requested by the Sales to the clients.
- Monitoring of these.
- Preparation of internal coordination OR.
- Management, filling and control of the NRA of maritime import traffic from the United States of America (USA)
- Sending of Quotes report on Friday of each week (PM)
- Preparation and maintenance of customer databases
- Scheduling meetings for Sales.
- All the support required by the Vendors as well as Supervisor and Management.
