We are looking for a motivated
Operations & Logistics Assistant
who wants to grow with us, learn international trade, and be part of a fast-moving global business.

What you will do:

  • Support daily operations and logistics coordination.
  • Assist with supplier and customer communication (email, WhatsApp, calls).
  • Help prepare documents, quotations, and shipment updates.
  • Research potential partners and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with shipping agents and track deliveries.
  • Perform other administrative or project-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in
    English and Spanish (written and spoken)
    .
  • Based in
    Chile or Colombia
    .
  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics or international trade
    is a plus.
  • Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Available to work
    remotely
    with
    overlap in Dubai business hours (40 hours a week)
