Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant will be support salespeople who need to travel to take care of logistics, review sales in the CRM system, participate in meetings with salespeople, help with daily needs such as checking delivery times, communicate with other departments such as finance, logistics, administrative Generate purchase requests, vehicle maintenance, etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support to the sales area by executing report generation, order tracking, customer service
- Preparation of documentation for tenders and entry of requisitions
- Coordination of meetings
- Coordination of travel (tickets, hotels, etc)
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- College student or recent graduate and 5 - 7 relevant experience.
- Experience in travel coordination.
- Advanced level oral and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
