We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing to support the commercial strategy of our two hotels. This role works closely with the Cluster Director to drive revenue, strengthen market positioning, and lead sales initiatives across all segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the Cluster Sales & Marketing strategy.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve commercial targets.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive proactive sales efforts.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility across both hotels.
  • Analyze market trends and performance to recommend strategic actions.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and distribution.
  • Represent the Cluster at sales missions, trade shows, and industry events.

Profile

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in hotel Sales & Marketing, ideally in luxury or multi-property environments.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver results and manage key accounts.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and distribution channels.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
