Position Overview:
En el marco de la Ley 21.015 que incentiva la contratación de Personas con Discapacidad al Mundo Laboral, Finning, socio estratégico de CATERPILLAR, líder en distribución de equipos y servicios, te invita a unirte al líder que mueve las industrias y a participar con nosotros en el proceso de postulación para el cargo de Global SAP Manager.

Este rol es responsable de liderar, definir e implementar la estrategia de los procesos funcionales y técnicos de SAP. Será responsable de definir, implementar y controlar las prácticas de gobierno, recursos, roadmap de las plataformas y servicios bajo los cuales la operación de SAP se sustenta actualmente en FINNING Sudamérica.

Nuestro próximo Global SAP Manager debe tener alta orientación a los resultados y foco en el cliente, además de contar con excelentes habilidades comunicacionales y fuertes habilidades de liderazgo.

**Job Description**:
**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniero Civil en informática/Industrial o carrera afín, con al menos 10 años de experiência en roles similares.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.

Conocimientos Específicos:

- Experiência SAP S4Hana.
- Sólidos conocimientos de las prácticas, metodologías, procesos y frameworks como ITIL, Cobit, VALIT, SAP Basis, entre otros.
- Experiência en el establecimiento de acuerdos de nível de servicio (SLA), negociando y administrando servicios de TI.
- Experiência estimando esfuerzo y recursos requeridos para proyectos.
- Experiência práctica y conocimiento en pruebas de rendimiento y estrés y funcionales.
- Experiência práctica de resolución de incidentes y problemas de la suite de SAP.
