**BC Forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Cottonseed QA Technician in Bapchule AZ 85121**
**Job Title: Customer Care/Call Center ^ Customer Care Specialist**
**Duration: 04+ Months**
**Location: Remote**
**Anticipated Start Date**:08/19/2024
**Job Type: Contract (40 hrs. a week)**
**Pay Rate: $22/Hr**
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Must be fluent in French
8AM - 5PM EST, Mon - Fri
**Requirements**:
- At least 6 months of call center experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
- Able to manage telephone and chat customer interactions and convey confidence while resolving the customer's issues.
- Professional, friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude. Good communication and listening skills. Able to accept constructive criticism.
- Able to understand and accurately communicate customer's needs, while demonstrating critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to type 30 wpm.
