This remote position plays a crucial role within a cross-functional call center team, focusing on connecting individuals to social service organizations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, maintaining and updating database information, and conducting organizational audits to ensure data accuracy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Call Management**: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls efficiently, addressing inquiries and providing necessary support.
- **Data Management**: Research and enter meaningful data into the team database, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Database Audits**: Perform regular audits to keep the database up to date and accurate.
- **Collaboration**: Work as part of a cross-functional call center team to support various programs and initiatives.
- **Training**: Participate in virtual training sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams to stay updated on procedures and systems.

**Qualifications**:
- **Required Education**: High School Diploma or GED.
- **Required Experience**: Preferably 6 months of experience in customer service, call center environments, or social services organizations.
- **Preferred Experience**:
- Call center or phone-based work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., medical office, medical assistant, medical customer assistance).
- Fluency in Spanish.
