Remote Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator

Are you an experienced** Remote Bilingual Patient Care Coordinator **looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? If you answered "YES" to any of these questions - this is the position for you **Daily Responsibilities and Details**: - Inbound call center taking calls from patients to schedule delivery of OTC products - Taking OTC orders over phone for Health plan members - Will take 8-10 calls per hour, must have 95% or higher quality score, and 90% or higher schedule adherence score - Will be on late shift (11:30am-8:00pm EST) - **Pay**: $16.00 - **Shift**: Mondays to Fridays, any shift between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Most likely on 11:00 am - 8:00 pm) - **Length of Assignment**: Contract to Permanent - **Start Date**: ASAP - **Location**: Anywhere in the US, 100% remote **Requirements**: - High school diploma or GED - Bilingual in English/Spanish - Good tenure in past positions - 1+ years of customer service or call center experience - Soft skills - Ability to work from home - smart phone, high speed internet, private workspace, and **personal computer (will not receive equipment until 2 weeks after you start)**: - Vaccinated for COVID or willing to be before being converted **Advantages of this Opportunity**: - Competitive salary, negotiable based on relevant experience - Benefits offered, Medical, Dental, and Vision - Fun and positive work environment **Why You Should Work for Us**: HealthCare Support Staffing, Inc.
