**About the Role**

We are looking for an individual with strong project and stakeholder management skills to grow Memberships in Latin America. In this role, you will be expected to be able to work cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain memberships in non-Eats markets, as well as contribute to defining and ensuring execution of the consumer engagement strategy in LatAm.

**What You'll Do**
- Work closely with Ops (Mobility and Delivery) and Product teams across the LatAm region to find opportunities and ideate solutions to grow Uber One
- Leverage strong analytical and project management skills to organize projects with clear milestones and deliverables to grow Total and Paid members
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Execute core analyses and processes, ensuring they run smoothly
- Help define strategic direction for consumer engagement, including membership
- Forecast and monitor OKRs related to consumer engagement
- Understand risks and opportunities and generate actionable recommendations that consider the business context to minimize the materialization of issues
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment

**What You'll Need**

- At least three years of professional experience
- **Data-Driven Mentality**: Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation
- **Project Management**: Ability to analyze data to inform project priortiization, as well as organizing projects with milestones and timelines and managing the execution with cross-functional stakeholders
- **Communication**: [Portuguese or Spanish] and English proficiency - able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- **Teamwork**: Demonstrates optimism, respects others, and works well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities

- **Planning & Organization**: Understand project objectives and create short-term plans and timelines for executing against them
