**Role Overview**: We seek a **Claims Associate Analyst** with experience in the parcel delivery and logistics industry, particularly supporting U.S. or EU-based companies. This person will support the claims team by conducting investigations, maintaining organized documentation, and assisting with various claim-related functions and reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across time zones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct investigations of client claim submissions, summarize findings and publish results
- Maintain and organize claims documentation and digital filing systems
- Support reporting on DSP (Delivery Service Provider) counter claims
- Assist in the development of automation tools to streamline the claims process
- Respond to miscellaneous client inquiries and requests related to claims
- Recommend process improvements using Excel functions or other automation methods
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the claims department

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas; macros a plus)
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently in a remote setup with mínimal supervision
- Willing to work according to U.S. business hours (EST/PST time zones)
- Previous experience in claims, logistics, or data analysis is an added advantage

**Pay Rate**: Monthly rate of USD $1200 - $1400 (based on experience and qualifications)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1,100,000 - $1,370,000 per month
