**Team Description**

We're looking for our Partnership Specialist. This will be a new role in the company so you will have to build everything from scratch We are in full growth mode and we would like to partner with companies that want to enhance their value proposition by integrating our payments solutions. You will be part of the growth team, reporting to the Head of Growth, and manage the entire partnership lifecycle from defining the addressable market, reaching out to key partners, supporting them through technical integration (with our engineering team support) and designing incentives strategy. This role will be an individual contributor.

**What you'll do**
- You will develop partnerships with local companies to have our products more accessible.
- You will design and execute the partnership strategy focused on growth from defining who will be our key partners to the technical integration and pricing strategy.
- You will work very closely with the other team of growth, Finance, Brand & Comms, and Product to push the creation of new value streams.
- You will work with different stakeholders within SumUp global to design and implement new business processes that will have impact on our Merchants and their experience
- You will have to manage third party relations
- You will have to support the third party technical integration process, you don't need to be a skilled developer but you need to understand the basic notion of API/SDK (you need to have a basic understanding of how this works).
- You'll work with distributed teams in Brazil and Europe to learn from their experiences and have their support iterating on different ideas.
- You will foster a collaborative culture between areas and within the team.

**You'll be great for this position if**
- You have experience managing third party relation especially in revenue sharing and contract management
- You have at least 2 years of experience in partnership
- You're a doer, and or not afraid of beginning a project from scratch.
- You have a **structured approach to ambiguity** - dealing with uncertainties is exciting for you and you can easily structure the unstructured.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You have fluent English skills.
- You have worked in or for fintechs or startups.
