**Propósito de la posición**

En Nestlé, estamos en la busqueda de un Ingeniero apasionado por la innovación, modernización y automatización en la industria de alimentos para nuestro Centro de I+D especializado en galletería y productos horneados. Serás responsable de impulsar la actualización tecnológica de nuestras fábricas, soportando el diseño y ejecución de proyectos de inversión CAPEX, evaluando, seleccionando e implementando nuevas maquinarias y sistemas de automatización, colaborando con proveedores globales e integrando soluciones innovadoras en producción. Trabajarás de la mano con equipos globales de R&D, Operaciones e Ingeniería para industrializar nuevos productos, optimizar procesos y promover la transformación de nuestras fábricas, garantizando eficiencia, seguridad y rentabilidad.

**Un día en la vida de**
- Evaluar, seleccionar e implementar nuevas maquinarias y tecnologías de automatización.
- Liderar proyectos de inversión de capital (CAPEX) desde la factibilidad hasta la ejecución.
- Colaborar con proveedores internacionales en el desarrollo de soluciones técnicas.
- Diseñar layouts de planta y líneas de producción (AutoCAD - deseable).
- Leer e interpretar diagramas de procesos (P&ID).
- Apoyar la industrialización de nuevos productos junto a equipos globales de I+D.
- Desarrollar Casos de Negocio y análisis de ROI para nuevas tecnologías con las áreas financieras y de mercadeo.
- Gestionar el correcto mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos de nuestra cocina experimental y edificio, así como calibración de equipos mediante el manejo de contratistas (25% del tiempo).

**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Contar con 5-7 años de experiência en gestión y ejecución de proyectos de ingeniería (CAPEX) en manufactura de alimentos.
- Manejo de Inglés - excluyente.
- Experiência en Liderazgo de Proyectos de Ingeniería, CAPEX Management, Asset Management y Project Management.
- Capacidad para trabajar con equipos multifuncionales y gestionar stakeholders.
- Deseable: conocimientos en AutoCAD, lectura de P&ID, experiência en I+D.
