**¿Cuál va a ser tu misión?**

Ser el responsable de asegurar y controlar el correcto pago de remuneraciones en Kavak Chile, logrando de forma eficiente toda la administración y beneficios del equipo local.

**¿Qué vas a hacer?**
- Recolectar las novedades de liquidación que proporcionan las diferentes áreas
- Asegurar que las novedades que se proporcionan al proveedor de nómina estén correctas
- Armado y control de novedades (ausentismo, horas extras, etc)
- Administración de Personal
- Liquidación de sueldos
- Control de liquidación mensual y liquidaciones finales
- Servir como el principal punto de contacto para cualquier consulta relacionada con la nómina
- Participar en auditorías de nómina

**¿Qué estamos buscando?**
- Estudiante avanzado o graduado de Lic. en Recursos Humanos, Lic. en Administración de empresas o Contador
- Experiência mayor a un año en posiciones similares.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Excel.
- Deseable Workday y BUK. Conocimiento de liquidación sindical.
- Deseable experiência en Retail o Planta Productiva
