**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct outbound calls to homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar energy.
- Schedule high-quality consultations for our solar specialists.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance goals through effective communication and persuasion.
- Work closely with sales consultants to ensure seamless customer transitions.
**What We Offer**
- Lucrative Compensation:
- Base salary of $800 USD per month.
- $100 USD commission per installation — past agents average 5-10 installations per month.
- $50 USD bonus after completing training and starting to take calls.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of two years of experience in call center sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal and negotiation skills with a persuasive sales approach.
- Competitive and ambitious mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to overcome objections and stay persistent.
- Must have a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection to work remotely.
