**Preferred Qualifications**

The Application Sales Representative will be responsible for selling a subset of Oracle Primavera products or services directly or via partners in a geographical territory in South of Latin America focusing on **Capital Projects** for E&C, Oil&Gas, Public Sector in a respective territory. Sales Representatives will be responsible for engaging with Owners, General Contractors, Architects and other key stakeholders on Capital Projects. Build a sense of community and awareness in assigned geography with construction Project Owners, Directors and Managers.

**What you'll do**
- Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- **H**eavy emphasis on territory planning and prospecting new projects in the territory**.
- Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.
- Works to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory - Territory may be combination of geographic, product, industry and other customer / market dimensions.
- Sells to the territory directly or via partners - The territory that this role covers does not have an Inside Sales or Field Representative.
- Utilizes inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify and close new opportunities.
- Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, and collaborates with team members in business development, consulting and support to uncover all customer needs.
- Travels to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Onsite customer presentation with C-levels to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
- Liaises with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities and maximizing sales.

**What you'll bring**
- Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills.
- Successful sales track record.
- Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors related to Primavera solutions.
- Interaction with C level players.
- Ability to identify opportunities, penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
- Collaborative, team player.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- **Presentation skills and ability to demonstrate product is a must**.
- Travel, up to 25% to 50%, when needed.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
