No endless meetings here - if it can be done today, we're all about getting it done today. **What is this role like?** We're looking for a hungry Account Executive to join our Brazil team, based in São Paulo. As an Account Executive, you will drive growth, close deals, and own the sales cycle—building relationships, winning key accounts, and collaborating with our founders and product team to shape the future of retail media. - Sell Topsort's retail media infrastructure or the upcoming new product lines, and work with the sales and product team to achieve sales quota. - Demonstrate relentless focus and "hunter energy" to win RFPs and deals in a competitive market. - Ability to generate pipeline from industry connections, outbound activities, Linkedin outreach or more. - Take prospects through the buyer journey from discovery to contract negotiation, with strong understanding of Topsort's products as Topsort is a product-led company with strong technical product features. - Act as the voice of the customer, provide feedback to the product team and work closely with the founders to perfect and improve the product. **What (we think) you need to be successful**: - Bachelor's degree or MBA with excellent grades and intellectual rigor. - 5+ years of experience in sales, or background in consulting, product management, have worked with fast-growing dynamic startups, proven track record of exceeding quota in a customer facing role. - Startup hustle and speed: You're able to work hard, move fast, and adjust to a dynamic environment and sell to complex organizations and technical customers. - Ability to learn on the job, learn fast, and have strong curiosity for the industry and a desire to self-educate to become the expert on auctions, retail media, and marketplace monetization. - Team Player: Lone wolf style sales are from the past, at Topsort, it's about being a sports team that achieves goals together. **About Topsort** At Topsort, we believe in the mission of democratizing the secret technologies of the walled gardens and creating a privacy-first cookie-free world of clean advertising with modern tech, friendly products, and AI.
