Transforming lives through language education is what drives us. **Position**: Account Executive **Location**: Remote **Reports to**:Sales Team Lead **Start Date**: ASAP **Schedule**:Full-time, 40 hours/week **Key Responsibilities** **What You’ll Do** - Lead Consultative Sales: Understand the unique needs of prospects and recommend customized solutions. - Showcase Solutions: Conduct detailed presentations and demos of our language training models. - Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing, ensuring a smooth hand-off to the Customer Success team. - Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships for long-term success. - Drive Performance: Accurately forecast and track sales performance, reporting to the Senior Account Executive-Team Leader. **What Success Looks Like** - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Close deals efficiently with a high lead-to-close conversion rate. - Deliver impactful proposals with competitive pricing and terms. **Requirements**: **Skills & Qualifications** - Proven experience as an Account Executive or in consultative sales, preferred in the language industry. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Native-level Spanish proficiency. - Fluent English skills. - Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. - Strong understanding of B2B sales, especially selling to HR leaders. - Ability to articulate complex **s**olutions simply and clearly. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). - A passion for education and helping companies improve employee development. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. - Active listening to understand client needs and build trust. - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in proposals and presentations. - Advanced negotiation skills to create win-win scenarios. - Analytical thinking for data-driven decision-making. - Strategic mindset to plan and execute sales objectives effectively. - Creative problem-solving to develop tailored solutions for B2B clients. - Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving shared goals. **Benefits** - Training, support, and a welcoming multicultural community - An innovative, entrepreneurial company, passionate about its mission and values - Free access to ongoing certification and professional development - Incentive plan centered around your professional development - Full-time position - Competitive salary - Work from home - Paid Time Off (PTO) **Bridge is an equal-opportunity employer.
