**About this role**:
The Reporting Analyst/Program Specialist will partner with internal stakeholders to define, deliver, and manage regional retention and growth programs that deliver business-critical outcomes across the Midsize Enterprise region.
**What you’ll do**:
- Design, implement and manage multiple regional programs with business-critical outcomes and impact. Ensure all programs are aligned to overall business strategy and manage the communication of those programs.
- Collaborate with multiple business units such as Global Services & Delivery (GS&D), Operations, Sales, Client Success Managers (CSM) to ensure regional requirements are fully understood.
- Create regional communication and training plans for all projects and technology launches.
- Design and deliver regional program communications and presentations to all management levels within and beyond GSD.
- Provide consistent updates to, and collect feedback from, GS&D leadership on all ongoing initiatives.
- Act as the point of contact with internal stakeholders for all regional program interactions and communications:
- Maintain a full and up to date understanding of GS&D people, process, and technology.
- Work with the region as well as their partners to ensure that program reporting and tracking is available to determine success and impact.
- Identify process optimization opportunities throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage requests for EXP resources across initiatives:
- Act as the EXP regional Point of Contact for Sales and Marketing initiatives that require EXP support.
- Initiatives include sales training, client success stories, virtual/events resource requests, Exponential assignments and other sales/EXP initiatives for the region.
- Provide insights on the Sales Support process (create and track sales support requests, track growth activities by prospect, report on progress, velocity, and conversion.)
- Manage growth forecast based on pipeline, sales support, velocity and conversion rate; reconcile forecasting discrepancies against plan with sales partners.
**What you’ll need**:
- Bachelor’s Degree: project management experience and/or project management qualification
- 3+ years business experience, preferably working in business operations, consulting, data analytics and visualization, or business intelligence
- Reporting/analytical experience (operational/financial) for an executive-level audience
- Gets things done - autonomous completer/finisher, manages self and manages up
- Problem solving - can decompose a problem into work that, if completed, solves the problem
- Understanding of corporate systems, data models, and data assets
- Demonstrated exceptional Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots, charting/presentation)
