About the Role:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for operationalizing all key strategic global programs with Sales Engineering and Sales Enablement
- Responsible for annual compensation plan strategy and implementation across Professional Services and Sales Engineering
- Responsible for annual quota and coverage setting for sales engineering teams in collaboration with sales operations and business leaders
- Responsible for monthly compensation reviews and exception process
- Own the annual operating plan for Sales Engineering and enablement, in collaboration with finance and strategy directives
- Develop, drive and manage implementation of cost savings initiatives in line with strategic targets
- Work with Sales Engineering leaders and Business Intelligence teams to establish functional requirements and effective data driven solutions in support of business visibility and process improvement initiatives
- Responsible for performance reporting used in quarterly and monthly business reviews highlighting risks and opportunities
and communicating overall performance against targets
- Develop business models, business cases and forecasting tools in support of various strategic initiatives
- Lead the development, enablement and implementation of systems and local tools to drive consistency and efficiency in
managing the business
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or other related field of study
- 10 years of Sales Operations, Sales compensation, or relevant analyst/consultant experience
- Experience in High-Tech and/or Consulting industries preferred
- Excellent presentation and executive influence skills
- A leader who has managed direct and indirect team reporting relationships in a matrix environment of large, global teams
- A Leader who knows how to implement long-term transformational changes

- Industry Subject Matter Expert with extensive knowledge of professional services operating model
