We are aggressively seeking a _**_Client Implementation Manager _**_to join a large Healthcare organization. _

**Daily Responsibilities**:
- Monitor real-time inbound and outbound Call Center agents to detect and resolve issues that could affect internal customers.
- Work closely with the Vendor management and project management
- prove and manage key vendor relationship and ensuring vendor compliance with SLAs defined.
- Oversee day-to-day operation, liaison between support team and internal business unit and tackling complex support team project, troubleshooting issues, and supplying solution for the following:
- User profiles creation,
Campaign creation,
Lead list creation,
Loading lead list
Run Dialer Health report to troubleshoot any issues or potential issues.
Run campaign Success report to supply strategy recommendation to the business
- Monitor the following Dialer Dashboard reporting views:
- Intra-day reporting view
Weekly reporting view
Monthly reporting view
Yearly reporting view
All Campaign Summary View
Best to call view for all outbound campaign
Campaigns strategy change
Create and developed campaign strategy and evaluating campaign performance metrics
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5+ years of experience as working for another corporation within their call center as a - Dialer Administrator, Dialer Manager, Workforce Analyst, Dialer Implementation Specialist, Support Administrator, and Real-Time Analyst
- Need strong experience working with VoIP (technology that allows you to make calls using the internet) and IEX (a workforce management software)

- SQL experience
- WFH capability - smart phone, private workspace, high speed internet
**Hours for this Position**:
M-F, 8-5 or 9-6 EST.
**Location**:remote, can sit anywhere in the US as long as they can work EST shift**
