**Location**: Remote (Santiago, Chile-based) **Industry**:Pharmaceutical **Pay Rate**: Monthly rate of USD $2700-2900 gross **Summary**:Develop and maintain software modules for process optimization in life sciences using Kneat and EDES. Prior pharma experience preferred. Strong written and verbal English required. US/EU client experience preferred. Deep certification not required; strong enterprise software or process background acceptable. Remote from Chile with 6-8 hours US Eastern overlap. **Overview**:Configure and support Kneat EDES workflows, forms, and templates. Execute changes, testing, and validation support under senior guidance. **Key Responsibilities**: - Configure Kneat EDES templates, workflows, roles, and permissions - Build forms and basic scripts/macros per design specs - Support validation activities (test evidence, traceability) with QA oversight - Migrate content and user data; support user provisioning - Triage issues; document fixes and changes - Collaborate with US stakeholders during overlap hours **Qualifications**: - 2-4 years with Kneat EDES, or similar eQMS/validation tooling - Hands-on configuration; basic scripting or macro skills - Understanding of GxP documentation flows - Strong written and verbal English (required) - Experience with US/EU companies (preferred) - Pharma or regulated industry experience (preferred) Pay: $2,500,000 - $2,800,000 per month Application Question(s): - This role requires excellent English skills, as it will be performed primarily in English.
