Implementation Specialist, Uber for Business Location: Santiago, Chile. Hybrid role requiring presence 3 days/week at office. What You'll Do Onboard customers to Uber for Business dashboard. Ensure clients effectively use the platform for employee trips, expenses, and other related activities. Collaborate with team members to execute the best implementation strategy. Retain and drive revenue within top clients through adoption and cross‑selling strategies. What You'll Need Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Basic analytical skills combined with a commercial approach. Patience and problem‑solving skills to address issues or questions that arise during onboarding. The ability to explain complex features and functionalities in a clear and concise manner. A customer‑centric mindset with a focus on ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience. Proven experience guiding customers through the onboarding process of a SaaS platform. Experience providing training sessions and creating support materials, such as user guides and FAQs. Proficiency in Spanish and English.
