Our Sales and Account Management team for New Verticals are on the frontline introducing new stores to Uber Eats and partnering with them to grow our businesses together.

**About the Role**:
The Account Manager role is an extraordinary opportunity to demonstrate your business development skills working hand by hand with key merchants and fueling New Verticals growth

The role focuses on account management of medium and large strategic merchants businesses from different categories like convenience, alcohol, specialty food among others. Your primary focus will be to maintain deep relationships with partners in order to increase retention and drive business growth with mutually beneficial outcomes. The role is critical to boost main partners’ performance in Uber platform; identifying business opportunities and consequently defining and implementing business plans to achieve growth.

**What You'll Do**:

- Business Advisor: Manage partners’ relationships of an assigned portfolio and ensure their success in our platform. This can be through revenue growth, operational improvements, profitability increases, among others.
- Ensure that the partners in the portfolio provide valuable content and investment for the platform and our eaters (Attractive promotions, Ads listing, among others).
- Lead medium to large impact internal projects (or parts of them) related to the commercial function (marketing, membership, operations, etc.)

**What You'll Need**:

- 3-5 years professional experience, ideally in a similar commercial function
- Expert in making data-led decisions and strong analytical skills in order to identify main partners’ opportunities and provide strong insights to our merchants
- Great project manager who can develop detailed joint business plans with our main partners and consistently deliver above expectations
- Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude.
- Proven track record to multi-task and strong flexibility the team moves fast and we are in a constantly changing environment.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Fluency in Spanish and Business English
