The North America Alliances & Channels organization is seeking a highly motivated and seasoned leader to be a part of our most strategic partner portfolio. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and execution prowess to impact the growth strategies for 3 of our most important, innovative, and nimble partners driving tremendous impact in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- This individual will hold the accountability for achieving and exceeding the performance targets with their partners in North America.
- Secure and maintain the executive sponsorship and relationship with the partners and within Salesforce.
- Work with partner leaders to develop a joint strategy and GTM plan that includes investments in Practice Development, co-selling & sourcing revenue, and development of industry & cloud-based assets/solutions.
- Create and execute initiatives to build awareness of Salesforce’s complete suite of offerings within the partners, and that of partner’s services offerings and successes within Salesforce.
- Engage with various stakeholders to define GTM initiatives and influence the execution of those across the matrix team.
- Maintain pipeline and dashboards that communicate to Executive Leadership the effectiveness of identified programs and investments.
- Conduct regular cadence between the partner & Salesforce stakeholders to ensure execution against business plan goals.
- Ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination of Salesforce’s ecosystem strategy & execution results.
- This is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties or responsibilities; at times other duties may be assigned as needed.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 10+ years in a channel sales or channel management roles focused on multiple partner types including GSI’s as well as boutique and regional SI’s
- Excellent understanding of growing and sustaining businesses in a highly competitive and changing marketplace
- Ability to liaise with and motivate individuals at all levels of the partner relationships. Comfortable working with multiple teams and stakeholders - from individual contributors to senior executives across internal and external teams.
- Proven ability to build, lead and execute strategy in a cross-functional environment.
- Organizationally astute, good understanding of business, and able to ascertain key decision makers
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills
- Experience as an Alliance manager with a history of successfully developing and leading multiple strategic partnerships
- Willing and able to travel.

- For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual OTE salary of $228,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, restricted stock units, and benefits._ _
