We’re currently looking for:

- JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for enhancing the base system for RingCentral’s analytics platform, creating fault-tolerant scalable services with new functionalities, and contributing to API design.

JOB DUTIES: Leading feature enhancement to improve efficiency and identify trends and opportunities to drive growth of RingCentral's software products and business; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas where enhancements are needed and designing new systems and functionalities to meet ongoing needs; Investigating/troubleshooting cloud telephony and video conference-related issues on RingCentral’s analytics platform; Driving escalation management and incident management to recommend, develop, and implement best practices; Participating in root cause analysis to allow the Analytics team to be more efficient in planning, designing, building and operating RingCentral's platform; Developing tools to enhance monitoring and troubleshooting of RingCentral’s platform.

REQUIRED SKILLS/TOOLS: Experience with REST, Kafka, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), Agile, Linux, Java, SQL and Scala is required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE /
- QUALIFICATIONS: U.S. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field, or foreign equivalent, plus two (2) years of related experience, or U.S. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or a related field plus five (5) years of related experience, is required. Within the foregoing parameters, any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable.
