Strategic Account Implementation Liaison
- LOCATION
SAN RAMON- Robert Half is seeking a SA Implementation Liaison to join the Strategic Accounts department. The department is responsible for ensuring that new staffing contracts signed between Robert Half and larger enterprise clients (i.e., Strategic Accounts, Regional Accounts, and National Technology Accounts) are accurately set up in back-office systems, and that staffing professionals in the field have the necessary information to engage with clients. The Strategic Account Implementation Liaison will be responsible for collaborating with the Contract Implementation Managers to facilitate contractual activity related to Robert Half’s largest US and Canadian clients. The Implementation Liaison will do this by preparing client requested documents or spreadsheets, implementing certain amendments, and providing a level of quality assurance that data is being entered accurately in multiple systems.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Partner with the Contract Implementation Managers with auditing and entering data into Vendor Management Tools.
- Review the Terms Template and the RHCC Billing profiles for accuracy to ensure data is entered consistently in both systems.
- Read, understand, and interpret a variety of contract amendments; such topics will include but are not limited to, pricing, pre-placement documents, background checks, service fees, and overtime.
- Handle amendment implementation activities such as corresponding and directing various internal and external teams, tracking of contract redline process, interpretation of contract data points utilizing current and future tools such as the terms template, RHCS, RH Connect, or other data repositories.
- Complete required worker data collection in support of the Vendor Management Services vetting process. This includes identifying current active workers in Salesforce, exporting details on active workers from salesforce and reorganizing the information into client's specific spreadsheet.
- Provide quality assurance checks on billing profiles to ensure data is being entered consistently across various systems.
- Responsible for managing communication with the CIM, SAVP, Client, and Program Office.
- Assist the Contract Implementation Managers with auditing and entering data into Vendor Management Tools
- Partner with entire Contract Implementation Team and coordinate information sharing with all SA parties both within corporate and the field, across all SA Client Services teams and SA VPs.
- Create, organize and maintain contract files. This includes creating, modifying and updating the pre-placement checklists.
- Demonstrate strong client service with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, and other corporate departments.
- Complete project support as assigned including ad hoc report creation and analysis.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher.
- 2+ years of professional work experience with a proven track record in positions utilizing attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
- Experience in reviewing contracts a plus.
- Advanced Word, Intermediate Excel required. Excel tasks may include but are not limited to formatting multi-tab spreadsheets, creating simple formulas, and creating pivot tables or vlookups.
- Ability to quickly learn new software packages and in-house systems such as Salesforce, eDocs, or Contract Management Software. Salesforce preferred.
- Previous experience demonstrating strong client service with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, and other corporate departments.
- Requires strong attention to detail, independent thinking and decision-making abilities, appropriate use of discretion, and the ability to direct and collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in the implementation.
